Mechanisms of Onset and Maintenance of Depression and Anxiety

We investigate the mechanisms underlying the onset and maintenance of depression and anxiety using computational approaches (reinforcement learning and Bayesian inference models).

Mechanisms of Action of Psychotherapy

We study the dynamic aspects of psychotherapeutic processes using computational approaches (Bayesian inference models) and psychological network models.

In considering individual differences in the mechanisms of onset and maintenance of depression and anxiety, as well as the mechanisms of action of psychotherapy, I’m also interested in topics such as computational idiographic psychology.
